mf Yes we still need our NCO guide. I for one think it would be a shame to lose this reference But some of those things are priceless. Maybe I am not reading this right and may not be fully understanding it.

The Army should absolutely maintain that reference for continued NCO development. Tried ordering it recently for our NCO induction and was told strait from the publication agency that it is under revision. Your post did two things.

FM 7-22.7 The ARMY NCO Guide

Just as you said when I opened it up I read something that I didn’t fully get the last time I had read it. I have read it numerous times and always find something new I can use. I think we need it now more than ever.
